ShopMaster has a Variation Mapping feature. With this feature you can:
1. Up to 5 suppliers can be added to a product;
2. Find alternative suppliers for out-of-stock products or variations;
3. Merge and sell different suppliers' products or variations in one listing.
Next, I will show you how to do this. Let's start now!
Go Listings tab, select an Active or Draft listing, click Edit to the listing edit page, then you will see Suppliers and Variation Mapping.
The FREE Starter plan can only add 1 supplier product for a listing. The Basic plan and above can add up to 5 suppliers for a listing.
Click Suppliers to Add product, up to 5 suppliers' products can be added.
For example, let's enter/paste a supplier product URL, click Continue > Confirm, then you will see the supplier product has been successfully added.
Here you can click the AliExpress/eBay store name to directly contact the seller.
Within More actions, you can add/edit an internal note to remind yourself of any information about the supplier. And you can also choose to delete this supplier product.
Now what you need to do is go Variation Mapping to map the supplier information to the variants. You can do this in bulk or variation by variation.
Please be informed that if you DELETE this supplier product from ShopMaster, all the variations linked to this product will be no longer linked.
Map the supplier and its variation to your listing's variation, then save your editing.
There is one thing you need to be aware of.
When you add a supplier which is the same as the existing one and their warehouses are the same, ShopMaster will update the existing supplier to the new one.
If the suppliers are the same but the warehouse of the new supplier you've chosen is different from the existing one, ShopMaster will remain the existing supplier and add a new supplier for this listing.
Sell different suppliers' products in one listing
And you can also merge different suppliers' products into one product. So that you can sell different suppliers' products in one listing.
For example, if you sell sweaters, you can also sell scarfs in this listing.
You need to add variants for your listing from your store backstage, then sync this listing to ShopMaster.
After the sync process, you will see the newly added variants, now you need to map the supplier info to them.
You will see this product has 5 variations, 3 sweaters connected with 3 different suppliers and 2 scarfs linked to the same supplier.
Are you now clear about this feature? Try it now!

We are planning to continue developing new features and improving the existing features of variation mapping in the next weeks. The beta version is immediately available for Basic or higher plans. 1. Does ShopMaster support to monitor listings which are connected with multiple suppliers?
Yes, ShopMaster monitors the inventory and price changes of those listings. But 2 conditions must be first met:
1) The suppliers are AliExpress, Banggood, CJDropshipping, eBay, and GogoMall;
2) Make sure the supplier's monitor switch, the listing, and the variant monitor switch are all on.
2. Will the order be affected？
Yes, when you are mapping the existing variant with the new supplier information, if there is already an order incuding this variant, after the variant mapping, the variant in this order will also be auto-changed.

Sorry, we don't currently support 'Buy one and get one free'. We are planning to continue developing new features and improving the existing features of variation mapping in the next weeks. Stay tuned!
