Getting Started for New Users

We've prepared this guide for new users to learn about ShopMaster's features, procedures to get started, products list and orders manager.

1. ShopMaster Features

ShopMaster is a dropshipping solution for worldwide sellers, which supports dropshipping from 20+ suppliers to eBay, Wish, Shopify and WooCommerce. Sourcing, Listings, and Orders consist of the main functions of ShopMaster which provide various features to fit customer needs. As you can see them in this picture:



 

2. Get Started

As a new user, you need to get prepared before starting dropshipping with ShopMaster.

• Sign Up to ShopMaster. you need to go to our website and click the "sign up for free" button to get your ShopMaster account for free and add ShopMaster to Chrome. 
• Connect Channels and Suppliers. login in your account and connect stores and suppliers to ShopMaster. Go to "Setting" click "Manage Channels" to connect your stores and click"Manage Suppliers" to add your supplier accounts. 
• Dropshipping Settings. what you need to do is set price rule and product monitor.  Go to "Setting" click "Droship Settings" and turn on the button of these two features, set your price rules and monitor the price and inventory of suppliers. 

3. Products List

Above all make full preparation for your dropshipping with ShopMaster. Now, you can list products to your stores to enrich the variety of your items to sell. This part has 5 steps: In the Sourcing tab, import products from suppliers, edit them in the Import list and import to stores.  In the Listing tab, edit listings and publish listings to stores.


 

• Import Products. Go to the Sourcing tab, click Product Importer. You can choose import products by copy URL, by Chrome Extension or by category. What's more, you can filter products of Aliexpress with ShopMaster Chrom extension. 
• Edit Products. In this part, you can edit the product information before import into a store. Go to the Sourcing tab, click Import List and choose the products and click the Edit button to edit product information. Don't forget to save the information!
• Import to stores. In the Import List, choose the products and click "Import to Store",  products imported successfully in the "Draft Listing" of the Listings tab.
• Edit Listings. Go to Listings tab, choose the platform you are going to list products, edit the products you what to. If you publish to eBay, you can use the eBay description template.
• Publish to Stores. In the Listing tab, choose the products that you are going to list. Then click "Publish" and "Publish Immediately" to list products at once. Also, you can click "Publish" and "Schedule" to list products in the time schedule. 

4. Orders Manager

In this part, the full procedure of orders manager contains four steps: sync orders, purchase orders from supplier, sync tracking numbers, mark as shipped.

• To Purchase. ShopMaster will sync orders automatically in real-time (Sync orders from Wish every 30 minutes).
• Purchase Orders from Supplier. There are two ways of adding supplier orders: Automatically or manually. Go to To Purchase, click "Purchase" to purchase orders automatically. Sometimes, you need to purchase the orders manually.
• Sync Tracking Numbers. You can get the tracking numbers automatically. This will use the function of auto-orders. Go to Setting > Dropship Settings > Auto Order Settings, turn on the button and fill in other information if needed.
• Mark as Shipped. If the auto-order feature is turning on, ShopMaster will mark orders which have tracking numbers as shipped automatically. The other way is to mark as shipped manually  Go to Order> To Purchase, choose the orders and click "Mark as Shipped", then fill in tracking information. Then the staus will turn into "shipped".
